I am the authoritative professional here in call center design

Not some friend of a friend of a relative who walked into a position at this employer of mine, a position, mind you, that we designed from head to toe and got no credit for.

Funny thing is that they've run this other call center for 2, 3 months… just enough time for them to get their feet wet, and they did phenomenally in their first couple months of operations, but now are getting complaints…

Whereas we went from getting complaints to having a satisfaction rate of about 91-92%, tripled the number of calls we've been getting, with a DECREASE in staffing…

But the other group gets to design the call center to help the professors enter their grades in our new system.

More power to them, and fuck the people at the top who make the decisions like this that make the rest of us feel like chopped liver.
