Ahhhh… Neatness

I'm sitting here waiting for the bus. This bus, the 24 (for those of you familiar with Miami transit) seems to not be running on schedule.

I got this nifty keyring from ExxonMobil about two weeks ago, but never put it to use. This morning, I simplified my life by simplifying my keyring. We'll see how this changes things.

It's only going to be about 66 degrees here, and I'm afraid it's the last of the cold weather unless can send some this way.

One of my teammates decided yesterday that he was going to meet with our AVP. Unfortunately, he left and wasn't back in time for my other staff to leave at 5:30pm. So, I got called out of class to deal with the situation. I missed 3/4 of the seminar. Hopefully, I can get a recording from a classmate. We'll see…

It looks like I'll be going to the HEUG meeting in Lag Vegas in two weeks. This will be my first conference through FIU. It should be pretty cool. At the very least it will allow me some strong networking potential. HEUG is a user group set up to bring together PeopleSoft users from all over the country. This year's is at the MGM Grand. It should be fantabulous.

Our admissions office finally got my app for grad school correct. Now all I have to do is make sure my recommendations are in, and then it's just sit and wait.

, I know I haven't been ranting as much as you. Don't despair… I plan on catching up soon. It's just been busy.

Let's see, what else can I write about while I'm waiting to get to school in this communal stretch limo…

Gas prices. WTF, mate. Regular is $2.20 now where I live. What pisses me off about this is how quickly prices rise and how slowly they fall. If this was purely economics at work, wouldn't they fluctuate in the same fashion up or down? It's NVTS, nuts!

Okay, time for me to submit this and get ready to hoof it the rest of the way.
