We opened our new walk-up service this week. Things seem to be going great, except that our labs are used seemingly by people not affiliated with our university.
A large number of our customers who use our printers ($0.08 per page, $0.65 for color) are the below-18 crowd.
I don't have a problem with this, but in a library that is used by a large number of researchers, the behavior of these individuals is a bit… much to take.
