iPhone 3.0

I’ve been digging iPhone’s 3.0 OS for about a month now. As a developer (yes, I paid) I get to “develop” applications for my iPhone and even have a chance to sell them if I want to. No, I haven’t done that yet.

A feature I thought I’d NEVER use came quite in handy today: “Where’s my iPhone”. Even though the phone was in my house (which I knew) I was able to start it pinging for two minutes so I could actually find the darned thing. Even though it was set on “silent” mode, it pinged until I found it.

If you have an iPhone and have not upgraded to 3.0, I highly recommend it. The minor aggravation of not having a phone for 10 minutes is worth the copy/cut/paste function, alone.
