Glad to know ya…

I work as the Call Center Manager for Florida International University, where I lead the customer care team in charge of taking care of the technology needs of the students, faculty, and staff. Being that I work for a major research university, I also partake of their services as a student in the Doctor of Philosophy Program in Public Management.

I blog about many things: politics, technology, public management, economic development, urban revitalization. I also blog about my personal life and doings.

My primary passions in life are my wife and children.
